Method 1:- Repair OST File Outlook 2013, 2016 Or 2019.

Whether you are an Office 365, Exchange, or Outlook.com user, to fix issues of the corrupted .ost files, close the e-mail app, and then follow these steps are listed below.

Open the Control Panel.

Note:- If you are using only the default profile name “Outlook” then you can type this path:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook to jump directly to the location of OST file.

Then Skip with step no.12 otherwise continue with steps given below:

Click on the User Accounts Tab.
Then, Click on the Mail Option.
After this, from the “Mail Setup” experience, select the Show Profiles Menu.
Now, Select the profile with the account you want to repair (The default profile is known “Outlook.”)
Click on the Properties options.
And then click on the Email Accounts Tab.
Afterward, click on the Data files tab.
Now, Select the broken account.
Then, click on the file location button.
After this, you just need to close button for the “Accounts Settings”, “Mail Setup” and “Mail” windows.
At last, Right-click the .ost file for the account having error and select the delete option.

After finishing these steps, open the desktop version of Outlook again to recreate the .ost file for the account you resolve to repair.
